“Melinda is such a gem! A true dream. Our meetings leading up to our big day were super helpful for alignment, but holy cow – she exceeded all expectations on the day of our wedding. Although I planned/was prepared to help coordinate and load-in decor, set tables and so on ... I did not have to do a thing! Melinda contacted all of our vendors a week prior to our event, helped to load everything into our space, decorated and made some excellent executive decisions when it came to the guest flow and experience. I was getting ready in our bridal suite the entire time leading up to the ceremony, so I never saw a thing outside of that room. After walking down the aisle and finally taking everything in, I was blown away with what she created alongside our vendors. Everything from the music cues, the timing of various productions, communicating any adjustments or vendor needs ... she killed it. When the night wrapped and we had to leave the premises, Melinda had everything boxed up and ready to place into our vehicles. I was stunned at how much she did for us throughout the entire evening and my husband and I never having to address any issues or lift a finger. I pride myself in being an organized and incredibly prepared individual, but Melinda thinks well beyond immediate needs. She’s 5 steps ahead of everything – even elements that may not exist yet. My family and I are so grateful for her dedication and passion. I could not have asked for a better partner-in-crime. Our wedding day will be forever an amazing memory because of her.
